JII started on the foundation of worship and worship music. All the music ministries created through the work of JII were based on the principle of Prayer , Practise and Passion or the 3P© Method. Prayer involves coming together learning the Word of GOD and applying into our lives , Practise refers to the process of constantly developing our skills to glorify GOD and Passion refers to living a life of holiness and love for our GOD. The 3P© Method enables the development of bands and musicians and can be used to train developing worship bands

Worship Encounters basically cover events and trainings to support the development of worship and creative efforts to glorify GOD. JII organize trainings , theme based events and one-one interactions with worship leaders to enable the expansion of GOD's Kingdom.
